What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS — a well-known, internationally trusted payment provider with a strong reputation for safety and reliability.
You can pay securely via:

  • Internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor)
  • Visa and MasterCard

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Latvia usually arrive in 3–5 working days.

What delivery methods are available?

We currently offer:

  • DPD courier delivery directly to your address
  • DPD Parcel Locker delivery to the locker of your choice

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery to a DPD Parcel Locker within Latvia costs €3.80 (VAT included), unless the purchaser qualifies for Free Delivery. If you choose another delivery method, the cost will depend on the method, weight, and final delivery address. You will always see the exact delivery cost in the e-shop before confirming your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship our products only within Latvia.

Can I return cosmetics?

Yes, you can return unopened, unused cosmetics within 14 days of receiving your order.  For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. To start a return, send email to info@mokoshcosmetics.lv with your order details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Are your products authentic and safe?

Yes — all products are sourced from trusted supplier and comply with EU safety and cosmetics regulations.

Are prices shown with VAT included?

Yes — all prices are shown in Euros (€) with VAT included.
